The anime is beautiful. About time some more art-worthy ones have been put on air =)

(And one guy there has the same voice actor as Abarai in Bleach.)

Blade of the Immortal FTW. I've been waiting for this series to be made into an anime for freaking ever, and they did a great job to boot!

All I can say is that movie was one of the best ive seen, and even though CG is being over-killed lately, they had the right idea in mind. The second Appleseed movie was awesome as well. But yes, DEFINITELY WATCH VEXILLE

i think its a series, but not 100% sure.

Vexille was good for CGI, but I think it would have been better animated. The people still had dead emotionless faces for the most part. Good though.

Bounen No Xamdou, go check it out. Good animation and a pretty good story. Looks like it could be made by the same people that did Kiba (the anime about shardcasters and such...), though definately more refined. As of right now only 7 episodes out that I could find.

Excellent CG in that one. And just the visual presentation was very well done, but man what bad audio! And the story was laaaaame -.-

When I saw it, the audio was incredible. Yes, the story was quite lacking, but overall, the CG and audio of the copy i saw made up for it.

The animation is superb. They don't take any shortcuts with it, like most studious now days, which reduces the quality so much.

well Gundam 00 season 2 is out, also a new one called Kurozuka it's in the samurai era about a guy who gets wounded and a female vampire finds him and turns him and the story goes on till our timeline. (looks bloody like Blade of the immortal.)

I'm not a mech fan, so I will pass on Gundam.

Ga-rei Zero is a pretty well done series, I advise checking it out. I believe there are only 2 episodes available at the time of this post.

OK. I am in need of something fresh and new. I have to say I have been pretty disappointed with anime/manga of late. Series seem to regurgitate way too much from other pre-existing works.

So yeah, ANYTHING! Manga or Anime...
