To help you out, here's an example:

"Hailing from parts unknown, Twilight Dusk is an enigma to all in the Rogue's Isles. Speculation abounds that he was once a highly decorated member of the Drug Enforcement Agency who grew tired of watching the criminals that he pursued live the high life while he lived paycheck to paycheck. It is rumored that he succumbed to temptation and began to take bribes to look the other way and that he was eventually found out during an internal DEA investigation. He then fled the agency and disappeared into the criminal underworld where he then became Twilight Dusk.

Willing to work for the highest bidder, Twilight Dusk has no scruples or moral compass. He will do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter how many get hurt in the process. He is a hard-core professional who likes to get the job done in a straightforward, violent way. His main tools of the trade are his twin .45 caliber pistols, a fedora, trenchcoat, and a mask. Ably supported by a few loyal henchmen, his methods are simple: hit his opponents hard and fast, and keep hitting them again and again until they stay down. His mocking laughter from behind his masked visage as he fires continuously from his pistols haunts the dreams of hero and other villains alike."
